Customized Jewelry – Only Exchange, No Refund

All customized jewelry (including name pendants, initials, special sizes or designs) is only exchangeable and non-refundable. These pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Products Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available under these conditions:

• Request is made within 3 days of receiving the item

• Product is unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

• Return shipping is paid by the customer

• Exchange order will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send:

• Photos or video evidence

• Order number and contact details

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the case.

Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse

• Exchanges are not available for sale items

• Al Arab Jewellers reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the policy
